Louise Sutton, our Home Manager

I have been working in health and social care for over 20 years, which includes roles from being a carer to an NVQ Assessor and then a manager. I joined Cloyda, as the Home Manager, in 2007. I lead by example, and I believe in treating my team with dignity and respect, and giving them my full support. I love my job, and the highlight of my day is spending quality time with all of our lovely residents, having a chat and making sure they are happy, getting to know their families, and working closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible quality of care.
