Our Team

Louise

Home Manager

I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 25 years, progressing from Carer to NVQ Assessor and then into Management. I joined Cloyda in 2007 as Home Manager and I have been proud to lead a compassionate and dedicated team ever since.

I believe in leading by example and creating a positive, supportive environment where staff feel valued and empowered to deliver the highest standard of care. An important part of my role is spending time with our residents – getting to know them, listening to their stories, and ensuring their comfort. I work closely with their families, and local healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care. Seeing our residents feel safe, respected, and happy makes my role incredibly rewarding.

In my free time I love nothing more than giving cuddles to my cat, Dutch.

Kasthuri

Deputy Manager

I joined Cloyda in 2011 as a Senior Carer. I enjoyed my work, and I advanced through the Supervision Team. I feel fortunate to be part of a Care Home that encourages professional growth, and in 2022 I became the Deputy Manager of the Home.

My role involves supporting our Care Assistants in delivering the highest-quality, person-centred care that encourages our residents to maintain their independence. I truly value the importance of our work within the local community. Building meaningful relationships with our residents is the most rewarding aspect of my job. And being part of a strong team comes a close second.

Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music and dancing, which helps me to bring energy and positivity into my professional life.

Jackie

Operations Manager

With over 15 years’ experience in care, I have always focused on helping people feel safe, valued, and happy. As Operations Manager, my role is to support our Care team to deliver high-quality care while maintaining strong standards in safety, compliance, and wellbeing. I am passionate about creating a positive and respectful environment where colleagues grow their expertise and confidence, and work together to provide compassionate, personalised care.

I’m very proud to be part of Cloyda, where we always strive to create a warm, welcoming, and homely atmosphere.

Outside work, I enjoy doing crosswords, and reading to relax. For me, care is more than a just a job – it’s a lifelong commitment to supporting others.

Every member of our highly experienced team is passionate about delivering superb person-centred care to our residents, and making each day special. Above all, they enjoy what they do…

Our amazing team of staff really are everyday “superheroes”.
